The best way to develop your skill is to apply the theory you’ve learned to a real vacancy you’re trying to fill.
One of our trainers will study one of your job ads and prepare learning points and feedback which will be delivered via Zoom or your preferred video conferencing platform.
It will all be personalised to your job, your niche and your writing style. You’ll also get some actionable tips on how to organise your thinking before you start writing.
You’ll be emailed some follow-up materials based on what was discussed in the coaching session.

What’s in it?
If you’d like a line-by-line critique of a real job ad you’ve written recently, you can book a 1-1 coaching session (via Zoom). Just click the red ‘Buy’ button above.
The coaching session will be with Mitch, unless he thinks the your ad is already quite good and that you’ll get better feedback from one of the other copywriting trainers.
In addition to the job ad feedback, you can ask any specific questions you might have and talk through how you’re getting on.
There’s no time limit to these sessions and they’ll last as long as needed to get the desired outcome. Typically, most run for at least 60 minutes.

We’ll work at your pace. There is no time limit but the shorter the gap between you writing the job ad and the coaching session, the better.
Because everyone is different, their ads are different and they ask different questions. The current record is 90 minutes, but the average is around 60 minutes.
You’ll be given a link where you can upload your new ad on the site.
You’ll also get a link to a calendar where you can choose the most convenient date and time to have your coaching session.
Yes, but the content of the coaching session will depend on whether the person has done our copywriting course.
If they haven’t, it will be more of a review of one of their job ads with feedback on how to improve it, and why.
