What about a passionate Project-Manager? Someone who gets hot under the collar about Gantt charts?
Is that really the kind of applicant you want?
No, of course not. Those kinds of people are nutters. That’s assuming they even exist.
So why do your job adverts ask them to be “passionate” or “excited” about their jobs?
Sauce-ing.
The equivalent of not only putting lipstick on a pig, but dressing it up in stockings and suspenders too.
